Under the Radar

Overview / Purpose

Under the Radar is solely dedicated to the work that is being produced by young filmmakers under the age of 21 in Australia as part of the St Kilda Film Festival. This opportunity will encourage young film makers to pursue their craft further and potentially produce future stars of cinema, both in front of, and behind the camera.

Who can apply

Entrants in the Youth Short Film Category must be under 21 years on the opening day of the St Kilda Film Festival in May 2009.

Restrictions

Only one entry per producer is permitted. Films should be no longer than 10mins in duration including the titles and credits. Films must not contain violence or images, language or behaviour that is unlawful or offensive or that make reference to drug use.
